  1. What we take on, and who we take it on with, is only ever discussed in person.

  2. Every project is weighed on its own before it reaches anyone, and then only people we were introduced to.

  3. You join one specific project and follow it as it happens, with the people doing it.

  4. You hear it first, and in full, through your private Access portal.
