Privacy notice.
What we collect when you contact us, why we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Lunare Ventures Pte Ltd, a private operation based in Singapore (“we”, “us”), is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus a few technical details that arrive with it:
- the topic you selected, your name, your email address and your note;
- the page you wrote from, the time of your message, your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, which we use to keep the form free of abuse.

Why we use it
- to read and reply to your message, and to continue the conversation you started;
- to protect the website and the form against spam and misuse.
We rely on your consent when you send us a message, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.
Who sees it
Your message is stored on servers we operate and delivered to our own mailbox. It passes through service providers that host, secure and deliver our email and website traffic, each bound to protect it and to use it only on our behalf. Some of these providers may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we require protection comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a continuing relationship requires longer, and delete it sooner if you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or have it deleted. Where the GDPR applies, you may also object to or restrict our processing, ask for a copy in a portable format, and complain to your data-protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled systems with a minimum of people able to read it.
Changes
If we change this notice, the date at the top will change with it.
